Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Battle Mountain, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The principal items of work for the LANDER COUNTY WEST COMMUNITY PROJECT - PH 1 & 2 will consist of (excluding bid alternates): the demolition and replacement of approximately 11,000 square yards of asphaltic concrete pavement, along with the removal and reconstruction of existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk to meet current standards. The project also encompasses the replacement of existing water lines and domestic laterals to improve service reliability. Phase 2 specifically includes additional water line installation. Additional site enhancements will involve driveway tie-ins, landscaping restoration, and fencing replacement as necessary to ensure a seamless transition between private properties and public infrastructure. No proposals will be considered unless accompanied by a cashiers check, certified check or bid bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the LANDER COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and qualified by the Nevada State Contractor's Board prior to bidding of the job. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
