Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Battle Mountain, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The principal items of work for the LANDER COUNTY CIVIC CENTER - PARTITIONS will consist of the removal of existing partition systems and the installation of new accordion partitions and ceiling contact guard systems to enhance the functionality of the facility's meeting and event spaces. This project will take place at the Lander County Civic Center in Battle Mountain, Nevada. The scope includes the removal of three existing partition systems: one in the lobby area, which will be demolished without replacement, and two in the auditorium. Ceiling contact guard systems will be installed in the auditorium. The system will utilize #7 track and trolleys with a full selection of heavy-duty vinyl finishes. The partitions will be installed at two openings measuring 52 feet long by 11 feet 7 inches high. No proposals will be considered unless accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or bid bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the LANDER COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and qualified by the Nevada State Contractor's Board prior to bidding the project. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process.
