Site work for a water / sewer project in Battle Mountain, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The principal items of work for the LANDER COUNTY NDOT JACK AND BORE PROJECT will consist of (excluding bid alternates): the installation of a jack and bore crossing beneath State Route 305 to accommodate new utility infrastructure. The project scope includes the roughly 130 LF of steel casing, with sleeved electrical conduit therein, per NDOT standards. Additionally, the work involves minor bore pit excavation, all to be completed outside NDOT ROW, on private ground. The project also incorporates stormwater improvements, including erosion control and stormwater control measures and inlet protection systems. No proposals will be considered unless accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or bid bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the LANDER COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. The Lander County Commissioners will consider awarding the contract on Thursday, March 27, 2025, or at the regularly scheduled Commissioner's Meeting. To assure consideration, all proposals shall be made on the blank form of the proposal attached to the project specifications. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process.
