As of January 18, 2022, per the Owner the Pre-Bid Meeting for the Crawford County Courthouse HVAC Upgrade Project has been rescheduled for 10:00 am, 1/21/22 in the Assembly Room in the Crawford County Courthouse. As of January 17, 2022, per the Owner the Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled on January 18, 2022 has been cancelled due to severe weather conditions. "A notification will be sent out, via Printscape, regarding a rescheduled date for the Pre-Bid Meeting." The Board of Commissioners of Crawford County, Pennsylvania, seeks sealed bids for an upgrading of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems at Crawford County Courthouse. The project will involve mechanical, electrical and construction work. It will include removing and replacing existing HVAC components, including ductwork, air-handling units and condensers, where specified in occupied and unoccupied areas of the building. It also will include demolition needed for wall, floor and overhead duct penetrations as well as installation of new ceilings and LED lighting. If any questions necessitate changes or additions to this solicitation, they will be communicated via one or more addenda to all parties that registered for the bid package. The project is subject to federal Prevailing Wage rates. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of the contract. Any bid award shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined exclusively by the County. If necessary, the County may require financial, reference, legal, performance or other information from a bidder in order to confirm responsibility.
