WYDOT Resident Engineer: Kaia Tharp, P.E., Thermopolis (307)864-3200 Contractors desiring to look over the project before bidding are requested to make an appointment with the Engineer 24 hours in advance. It is mandatory that all bids be prepared electronically using WYDOT Electronic Bid System (EBS) and a hard copy of the bid be Submitted. An electronic bid bond is preferred, in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid. In lieu of the electronic bid bond, a cashier's check payable to the Transportation Commission of Wyoming in the amount of 10 percent of the bid is acceptable.
