Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dupont, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Dupont Borough OCD Borough Building ADA Ramp Project: Base Bid; New ADA Ramp, Door Replacement, Bituminous Paving, Concrete Curb and Sidewalk. A Pre-Bid Meeting (Non-mandatory) will be held on February 1 at 11:00 A.M. at the Dupont Borough Building. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Dupont Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Dupont Borough. The Labor Standards, Wage Determination Decision and Anti-Kickback regulations (29CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts Non-discrimination in Employment--Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order 11246 and will be required to insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against on the basis of their race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability or familial status in employments or the provision of services.
