The total project amount is $150,000 to be spread out among all selected individuals. The City of Paris reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids received. The scope of the project is to sand blast deteriorated paint from front façade and west alley side of building, remove deteriorated sections of plaster from west alley street-view which hosts three (3) large pieces of art from the Downtown Alley Project, restore and/or replace deteriorated, crumbling brick, repoint the brick to restore the style of original brickwork and remedy safety concerns to assure that the structure of the brick façade is structurally sound. The scope of the project is to repair/repoint brick façade on the East Side Back Alley Wall to the original architecture design and to paint and caulk three (3) windows on the East Side Back Alley Wall. The scope of the project is to remove the old Metal façade on Ruff Street side, tuck point and/or repoint brick, and add stone veneer to the front steps. The scope of the project is to tuck point brick façade on North Market Street side that is currently hidden behind metal and remove metal fascia. This project will cover all three (3) portions of the buildings facing North Market Street. The scope of the project is to tuck point brickwork and masonry repair to the front of the building located on North Poplar Street. This includes; mortar and masonry repair, repair of existing cracks and stabilization of existing brickwork, preparation and repainting of the front exterior. The scope of the project is to replace three (3) doors with aluminum framed single door with transom and all storefront windows with tempered safety glass, standard lock, and offset pivots.
