SCOPE OF WORK: The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service (IHS) has determined a need for construction of a 4-inch water main extension to connect to the rural water district to alleviate the sediment issues and provide safe potable water for the two homes. The Contractor will be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, work facilities, supervisory efforts, testing and all other necessary incidentals.
