Project Description: In general, the work consists of earth work, erosion control, installation of a new children's playground with play structures, artificial turf safety surface, utilities, concrete sidewalks, premanufactured picnic shelter installation, landscaping and irrigation, and gravel trail construction. Engineers estimate for the site work under this contract (does not include owner purchased items or bid alternates) is in the region of $650,000. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided.
