Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 7 2022, planning to award the contract to Classic Design next week with alternate 2 approved only. Project Description: In general, the work consists of earth work, erosion control, installation of a new children's playground with play structures, artificial turf safety surface, utilities, concrete sidewalks, premanufactured picnic shelter installation, landscaping and irrigation, and gravel trail construction. Engineers estimate for the site work under this contract (does not include owner purchased items or bid alternates) is in the region of $650,000. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. WPRD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the "Instructions to Bidders" upon the Bid Form provided and accompanied by Bid Security. Construction is anticipated to start on May 2nd, 2022 with Final Completion by August 31st, 2022.
