Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Deal, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of February 25, 2022, This project is already awarded to Fiore Paving Co. with the awarded amount of $702,743.85. Work includes the following bid items: Milling, paving, curbs, sidewalk, detectable warning surfaces, striping and cleaning and restoration upon completion. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Borough of Deal in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 of the amount bid. Any such bid bond shall be without endorsement or conditions. Bid shall also be accompanied by a certificate letter from a surety company stating that it will provide the bidder with the completion bond. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive informality of any bid. The Base Bid consists of Milling and Paving from curb to curb of Phillips Avenue with limits of paving as the intersection of Norwood Avenue to the intersection of Railroad Avenue (Milling and Paving will also consist of all intersecting streets variable lengths of 12 to 75 feet into the other roads past the stop bars and rail road crossing). Various items will be as directed by the Borough and these items include new manhole casting and lids, curbing, sidewalk, striping (as currently provided), replacing curb pieces and grates, and ADA ramps. Note to bidders the curbing will be marked in the field as "piece work" with sections as small as 5 feet and as long as 200 feet+.
