The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation, requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for 21-039: SDOT On-Call ADA Design Services The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is seeking to provide design services to support the City's ADA compliance network of projects for neighborhoods and other city facilities. Key elements of projects identified are survey, drainage, signal, lighting, structures, landscaping and upgrading or installing new ADA accessible curb ramps at arterial and high-volume intersections. The City of Seattle, through SDOT, requests Statements of Qualifications with the goal of retaining up to three consultant teams who can be available on an on-call basis to assist SDOT in the planning, early engineering (Project Definition), bid document preparation (PS&E), and construction phases of SDOT Capital Projects. Up to three contracts may be awarded, each for an initial contract amount of $175,000, and duration of 1 year. The initial contract amount and duration is for 1-year, and may be increased in varying contract dollar amounts and extended up to 5-years. The services will be performed in a series of Work Authorizations. The scope, schedule, and budget for these Work Authorizations will vary.
