The renovation of an existing library building, including systems upgrade / replacement, renovation / expansion of restrooms, and finishes replacement. The Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Scope of demolition and removal work is as described in each drawing and specified herein. 2. Renovation of the interior of the building, complete including operational mechanical and electrical work and finishes: 3. Owner will remove the following items before start of the Work: a. Loose furnishings. b. Loose equipment. c. Artwork and other wall hangings. d. Display case will remain in place as indicated on drawings.
