Site work for a road / highway in Richhill Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Construction of 240 Steel Pile Retaining Wall on Riggs Road (T-505) in Richhill Township, Greene County. The project consists of : 1. Auger and grout HP 10 inches x 42 feet steel piling on 8 foot centers 2. Install 6 feet of concrete lagging between piles with weep holes 6 inches thick, 8 feet long x 2 feet high 3. Install remainder of wall with treated 6 inch x 6 inch timber lag ging above concrete lagging. 4. Auger and grout dead man anchors on 16 foot centers and attach to piling with beams. 5. Remove trees from stream 6. Replace 1 pipe with 18 cross drain, the pipe will be provided by Richhill Township. Richhill Township will be providing the aggregate resurfacing material, structural wall backfill and underdrain backfill for placement by the Contractor. Any dirt removal to be hauled by Richhill Township . Township Supervisors will be available to meet with any person interested in giving an estimate for the project, to show the proposed site project. Pennsylvania prevailing wages shall be paid on this project in accordance with the determination for all bids $100,000.00 or greater. Contract proposal may be obtained through the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
