In general, the Public Works building is a 14,842 SF pre-cast concrete vehicle maintenance building. Bid Package (BP) #2 is being let at this time. This package consists of the flagpole, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, asphalt paving and chain link fencing. Bid bond requirements are noted in section 00 23 00 Work Categories. Prevailing wages are not required.
