Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Barron, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,842-square-foot service station / car wash facility.
All bids must be submitted on the bid form supplied and in accordance to the Work Categories outlined in the specifications. Hand delivered or emailed bids will be accepted prior to the bid deadline. In general, the Public Works building is a 14,842 SF pre-cast concrete vehicle maintenance building. Bid Package #1 is being let at this time. This package consists of the architectural and structural specifi cation sections. Sitework, plumbing, mechanical and electrical will be bid as part of Bid Package #2. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. Bid security requirement is noted in Work Category specification. The Owner or Construction Manager may contract with the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in any bid and to accept any bid which the Owner may determine to be in its best interest. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after opening of the proposals without consent of the Owner.
