sealed bids will be received for the supply and delivery of Indoor Metal-clad Medium Voltage Switchgear per the Plans and Specifications. Suppliers who are not on the Planholder's List will be disqualified from bidding. Technical questions should be directed to the Engineer by calling 715-933-8033 or by email at d.krause@eps-ed.com Bid security in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A pre-Bid conference will not be held. Barron Light and Water reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Utility.
