Site work and paving for a civil project in Lady Lake, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Camphor Road and Juniper Street Special Assessment project is located in Lady Lake and shall consist of constructing approximately 1,800 linear feet of paved road on Camphor Road and Juniper Street. Other work associated with this project shall include the following: storm pipe and Nyloplast yard drain installation, swale work, driveway construction, thermoplastic striping, roadway signage, sodding and other miscellaneous incidental construction. The engineer's estimate for this work is $800,000. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the date of opening, but no bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of opening of bids. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of Lake County, Florida. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee acceptable to the County Attorney, which shall be one of the following; bid bond or letter of credit, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the base bid and made payable to Lake County. Said bid bond or letter of credit shall be a guarantee that should the bid be accepted, the bidder will, within ten (10) days after written notice of the award of the contract, enter into a contract with Lake County for the services proposed to be performed and will at that time furnish an acceptable contract surety. Cash, company or personal checks will not be accepted.
