Site work for a water / sewer project in Lady Lake, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Village Center Community Development District (VCCDD) is requesting bids for the upgrade and improvement of the disinfection operations at the Village Center Service Area (VCSA) Water Treatment Plant No. 1 (WTP No. 1). Qualified firms wishing to respond to "VCSA Water Treatment Plant No. 1 Improvements" must provide all labor, services, equipment and materials described in this document, whether directly or through sub-contractors/sub-consultants. This does not, however, limit the use of sub-contractors or sub-consultants The intent of this project is to improve the operations at the VCSA WTP No. 1 site, located at 1452 Water Tower Circle, Lady Lake. This project includes, but is not limited to: upgrading the disinfection system, new equipment and on-site piping, the addition of a VFD to the Well No. 2 pump, modifications to the existing transmission system and providing a paved driveway to the Well No. 1A building for deliveries and building access. All questions received by 4:00 PM on April 21, 2023 will be considered. Questions will not be answered over the phone.
