Site work for a civil project in Lady Lake, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 15, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Scope of Work Completion of Well No. 4 and Well No. 5, and expansion to the Town's Water Treatment Plant No. 3. Well No. 4 and Well No. 5 are 16" Upper Floridan wells drilled and cased to a depth of 400 lineal feed below land surface. Each well shall be fitted with a 100 HP vertical turbine pump with associated site, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation improvements. Expansion to WTP No. 3 will include an additional 400,000 gallon pre-stressed ground storage tank with aerator, as well as an additional 25 HP split-case high service pump with associated site, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation improvements.
