TOWN OF LADY LAKE INVITATION TO BID TRAIN DEPOT EXTERIOR ONLY PAINTING PROJECT BID NO. 2023-002 SCOPE OF WORK: There is a Scope A and a Scope B for this project. Scope A is for painting the surfaces using the current paint colors. Scope B is for painting the surfaces using current paint colors except for the Train Depot and Bathhouse where different colors will be used. The location of the project is at 106 S. Hwy 27/441 in Lady Lake, FL. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the Proposal must be submitted with the original being clearly marked as such.
