Requisition No.: PR12197083 The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver replacement hot water heaters for the NC Department of Public Safety's NCNG Fort Fisher Training Center (Kure Beach, NC). The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto Submit Written Questions Vendor January 28, 2022 @12:00 PM ET Provide Responses to Questions State January 31, 2022 Vendor shall complete delivery within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days 1 Vendor shall replace two (2) 120-Gallon 3-phase hot water heaters (1 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor) and check for leaks. 2 Vendor shall replace one (1) 20-Gallon thermal expansion tank on the first floor. 3 Vendor shall replace one (1) expansion tank and repair any leaking piping. 4 Vendor shall install 36W Conversion kit. 5 Vendor shall remove and dispose of the current hot water heaters according to federal regulation.
