Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Kure Beach, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,416-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
New one story 4,416 sf administration Building OWNER has established a goal of ten percent (10%) for minority and women-owned business (collectively, minority businesses) participation for all Town of Kure Beach projects, including this PROJECT. Address all questions to FDB Consulting, LLC (OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE) via email: Dbrown@constructivebuildingsolutions.com All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded by the OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by the Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
