Total Construction Cost is currently estimated to be approximately $44,000,000. The total project costs are estimated to be approximately $55,000,000 which includes design fees, construction management fees, escalation, other owner costs, and contingencies. Attach letter from Surety Company or its agent licensed to do business in North Carolina verifying proposer's capability of providing adequate performance and payment bonds for this project.
