Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a museum in Kure Beach, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a museum; for the demolition of a museum; for the renovation of a museum; for site work for a museum; and for the construction of a 70,000-square-foot, three-story above grade museum.
As of March 16th, 2026 tihs project has been awarded and all trades are let. Construction has not yet begun; it is unclear when it may commence. First-tier subcontractors must be pre-qualified. The qualification period for this project has closed. Second-tier subcontractors do not need to pre-qualify.
