Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ingleside, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Remove all wood paneling along walls Install batten insulation within all exterior walls Install new 5/8" drywall and T/F/T and paint Remove all cabinets in kitchen area Install new, millwork counters and cabinetry in kitchen with hardware All layouts, materials, colors and equipment to be submitted to City of Ingleside for review and approval prior to ordering and installation All vendors are responsible for site and field verifications and ensuring that proposed materials meet scope of project. Scope must be followed but recommendations for additional and/or modifications to the scope for better value or cost savings will be considered and evaluated by the City of Ingleside. City of Ingleside requires awarded Vendor to provide proof of and hold throughout project the following insurance requirements: Public Liability Insurance - $1M Worker's Compensation Insurance Automobile Liability Insurance - $1M All permits are required to be pulled with the City of Ingleside. The service charge will be waived for the awarded vendor on this project.
