Attached is a copy ofthe City's Request for Qualification for Electrical Engineering Services for its city services to carry out public infrastructure improvements in the City of Ingleside. The submission requirements for this proposal are also included on the attached Request for Qualification (RFQ) form. Firms and/or individuals should have past experience with Infrastructure projects. The Electrical Engineering firm selected cannot be the engineer of record for any project with the city of Ingleside. It is the responsibility of the submitting entity to ensure that the SOQis received in a timely manner. SOQ,s received after the deadlinewill not beconsidered foraward, regardless of whether or not the delay was outside the control of the submitting provider. The City of Ingleside reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms submitting qualification statements, per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act.The City of Ingleside is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Section 3 Residents, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit SOQs. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
