Renovation of a swimming pool in Ingleside, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The City of Ingleside is looking to repair roof damage on the Ingleside Pool House located at 2746 Mustang Dr. Ingleside, TX 78362. The following are specs and requirements for bids: Roof has two (2) skylights that will be removed Remove and replace all damaged decking Remove and replace all damaged joists Remove all built-up roofing material and replace with new Remove and replace interior ceiling material Remove/Replace/Repair flashing on building Roof must be windstorm certified and will require a WPI-1 and WPI-8 This is a like for like repair/replacement of the roof Original design documents for building included for reference. All vendors are responsible for site and field verifications and ensuring that proposed materials meet City of Ingleside's acceptance and approval. Scope must be followed but recommendations for additional and/or modifications to the scope for better value or cost savings will be considered and evaluated by the City of Ingleside. All permits are required to be pulled with the City of Ingleside. The service charge will be waived for the awarded vendor on this project. City of Ingleside requires the following insurances to be held by vendors throughout the life of the project: $1M Liability Insurance; $1M Commercial Vehicle Insurance; Worker's Compensation Insurance
