The City of Ingleside is seeking proposals for "Shade Structure" and a "Gazebo" to be installed at the Charles H. Doherty Municipal Swimming Pool. Proposers must demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to construct and install pre-purchased shade structures and to construct a gazebo. Materials will be provided for the shade structure. Instructions for installation from the manufacturer will be provided by the City of Ingleside as a part of this packet. Proposers will provide all materials for the construction of a gazebo. The gazebo shall be a covered shelter, of an octagon shaped shade cover, wood framed with cedar shake shingles, supported by 4 inch by 4 inch wood posts, 12 feet long by 12 feet wide, with a height of eight feet. The exact location of the gazebo will designated by City Staff. SCOPE #1: Proposers will transport the shade structure materials from the Ingleside Public Works Building at 2525 Eighth Street in Ingleside to the Charles H. Doherty Municipal Swimming Pool at 2746 Mustang Drive in Ingleside. Proposers must also be able construct the shade structure at the Charles H. Doherty Swimming Pool at the locations designated by City Staff. SCOPE #2: Proposers will provide all materials for the construction of a gazebo. The gazebo shall be a covered shelter, of an octagon shaped shade cover, wood framed with cedar shake shingles, supported by 4 inch by 4 inch wood posts, 12 feet long by 12 feet wide, with a height of eight feet.
