Site work and paving for a civil project in Ingleside, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Roadway and drainage improvements include, the reconstruction of approximately 2,420 LF of 20 feet wide HMAC pavement, approximately 1500 LF of 15-inch to 24-inch RCP storm sewer, approximately 12 inlets and appurtances and approximately 3,055 LF of ditch grading and regrading. Sanitary sewer improvements include the installation of approximately 2,535 LF of 8-inch to 18-inch diameter PVC sanitary sewer, eight (8) fiberglass manholes and appurtenances, and approximately 1,440 LF of 8-inch forcemain. Water improvements include the removal and/or abandonment of approximately 810 LF of existing waterline ranging in size from 2-inch to 6-inch. The existing waterline will be replaced with approximately 1,705 LF of 6-inch to 8-inch PVC (C900) waterline, and also includes gate valves, fire hydrants and appurtances. Bidders must submit a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) issued by an acceptable surety, submitted with each Bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the CITY OF INGLESIDE, may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The CITY OF INGLESIDE reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bidding, and to award (in the opinion of the Owner) to the best responsible Bidder.
