Time of completion date for the project(s) shall be Wednesday August 10, 2022. The Owner will require the successful Bidder to achieve the minimum goal of 3% DVBE (Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises) established in the bidding documents or to provide acceptable evidence of good faith efforts to do so. The DVBE documents must be sealed and filed in the Business Office of the Owner at the same time the bid is sealed and filed. This Contract is subject to prequalification. If a bidder is not prequalified to bid on the Contract, Owner will not accept the bid. Any subcontractors the bidder lists for Work requiring C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 licenses must have current pre-qualified status with the Owner. Bidders must submit the prequalification application to the Owner by the date specified in the application or no later than 5 day prior to bid opening date. Bidders may obtain the prequalification application from the Owner. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. In bidding on this project, it shall be the bidder's sole responsibility to evaluate and include the cost of complying with all labor compliance requirements under this contract and applicable law in its bid.
