This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EJ196-221908/A dated 2022-01-19 with a closing of 2022-03-02 14:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST). To provide, for a period of five (5) years, plus one (1) one (1) year option period all necessary tools, materials and labour for all Maintenance Services Critical Power Supply Systems, and related mechanical equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein as Annex A. This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) located at the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC), 280 Slater Street, Ottawa (ON), in the National Capital Region. This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the offer will render the offer non-responsive. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the Canada Post Corporation's (CPC) Connect service to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. This procurement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
