City of Ottawa has a requirement for the provision all labour, equipment, and materials to perform catch basin cleaning services for the East zone and the West zone in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of RFT No. 15222-91381-T01. The work under this contract shall include but not be limited to the provision of all labour, materials, accessories, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and technical competence for performing the work of cleaning all catch basins located on City right-of-way within the specified work area in strict accordance with the specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract: - The removal of debris/washing, by vacuum cleaning equipment, and disposal of all sand, asphalt, concrete, sticks, stone, litter, etc., from the catch basin so as to expose the bottom of the sump - Provide daily report in a format approved by the City summarizing all work activities. Period of Contract: The initial period of contract shall commence on the date of award and shall end on 31 December 2022 with three (3) optional 1-year extensions. Payment Terms: Contracts resulting from this agreement will be administered and paid by City Credit Card.
