Site work for a mixed-use development in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The project is located at the southwest corner of 8th Street and Pine Street in Pine Bluffs, WY. Install and furnish playground equipment and poured-in-place rubber fall surface with concrete edging and complete all earthwork necessary for drainage. This project includes the installation of walkways from the playground to 8th Street and the adjacent swimming pool, along with park benches, two new wheelchair ramps, and a new irrigation system will be installed. The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and as shown on the DRAWINGS. Install and furnish playground equipment and poured-in-place rubber fall surface with concrete edging and complete all earthwork necessary for drainage. Install sidewalk, park benches, and two new wheelchair ramps. A new irrigation system will be installed. This project is funded by The Town of Pine Bluffs. Additionally, all questions about the project need to be directed to tstark@sunrise-eng.com by January 27 at 1 p.m.
