Renovation of an educational facility in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Package #2 - The project consists of adding two ground mounted rooftop units (RTUs) set on structural concrete pads. The new RTUs will be ducted into the gymnasium to provide ventilation and air conditioning. The existing hydronic unit heaters in the gym will remain to provide heating. New natural gas piping is required to serve the new rooftop units. New direct digital controls (DDC) will be required for the new RTUs. The new controls shall tie into the existing temperature control system. Refer to the controls drawing for further details. Miscellaneous wall cutting/patching is required for the installation of the new ductwork, natural gas piping, electrical and controls conduits.
