Question Regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to later than 5:00 Pm on feb 07, 2022. Pursuant to Town Code Section No. 2-320 and section 1.50 of the terms and conditions, a Cone of Silence is hereby imposed on this solicitation. The cone shall be in effect until such time of award by the Town Administrator or the Town Mayor and Council.
