Pursuant to Town Code Section No. 2-320 and section 1.50 of the terms and conditions, a Cone of Silence is hereby imposed on this solicitation. The cone shall be in effect until such time of award by the Town Administrator or the Town Mayor and Council. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to bids@davie-fl.gov no later than 5:00 PM on February 07, 2022. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation will be made available as formal addenda to the Town's Procurement website and DemandStar.com. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to ensure they are aware of all addenda issued relative to this solicitation. The Town of Davie is requiring all visitors to its indoor facilities to wear a mask. The rule applies to all individuals regardless of vaccination status.
