Renovation of an educational facility in Coeburn, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Wise County Public Schools is requesting bids for the Reroofing of Coeburn Middle School. Scope includes reroofing over the existing roof of the entire school and the replacement of all perimeter facia and coping. There is also a section of total roof replacement. Bidders must be licensed as a Class A contractor in the State of Virginia. A bid bond in the amount of 5% is required. The Contractor, in performance of this contract, shall comply with all applicable Equal Opportunity requirements. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids. Bidders must certify that they do not or will not maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on the basis of race, color, creed, or national origin.
