The total bond budget is approximately $200m, and the budget for the College Hill High School Renovation project is $10m. 1. One Phase of Construction, building will be empty of students and staff. No need to maintain existing utilities through the project unless needed by contractor. 2. Remodel of approx. 45,000 SF existing structure. There are some portions of the building with very little work. 3. Includes significant improvements to HVAC, Electrical, Architectural, and minor upgrades to Structural and sitework. 4. Note, the district intends to support early procurement by paying for stored materials when they arrive on-site, or with proper documentation of appropriate off-site storage.
