Intent/Scope It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract to furnish and install two (2) new Dishwashing Machines: one (1) at Mt. Airy Elementary School, and one (1) at Hampstead Elementary. Carroll County Public Schools, herein called CCPS, is contracting for all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment, necessary to furnish, deliver, and install a new DISHWASHING MACHINE at each school, in accordance with the attached terms, specifications, and general conditions. This project is intended to be "turnkey" as far as installation is concerned, meaning the successful bidder will include all costs for mechanical permit and electrical permit (if necessary). Price must include demolition work and removal of debris including the existing dishwashing machines and associated unneeded plumbing. All electrical power wiring and control wiring must be included for both Dishwashing Machines. Locations are as follows: Mt. Airy Elementary School 405 N. Main St. Mt. Airy, MD 21771 Hampstead Elementary 3737 Shiloh Rd Hampstead, MD 21074 Bidder Qualifications Bidder shall have been a regular provider of requested services for a period of not less than five (5) years from date of issuance of this bid. All work performed shall be of the highest quality workmanship. Bidders shall indicate three (3) references of similar work performed in the past three (3) years on the enclosed reference form.
