New roofing system is an overlay over the existing metal roofing with selective demolition as required for new roof installation. Envelope upgrades includes extension of an existing EPDM system up adjacent sidewalls to join the roofing systems. o Hazmat abatement as required for new roof installation. o New steel framed canopies at the existing north exits. o New chain link fencing guard at existing retaining wall adjacent to main entry. o Engineered Metal roof overlay replacement system required.
