The Matanuska-Susitna Borough request pricing from contractors to do repair a section of asphalt on Douglas Drive in Wasilla. 94' x 25' asphalt re-paving. Includes 2 foot dig out measuring 16' x 23' and 10' x 37' placing woven geotextile fabric at the bottom of the dig out. Cutout section and dig out section will be marked with paint. Reference included map below for location. All items are over the neat line by 10% Item No. 301 is calculated at 3 inches. Item No. 401 is calculated at 2.5 inches. This work is a road maintenance project that should follow the Standards Specification for Highway Construction 2017 in reference to the Item No. above. Contractor is responsible for calling in locates prior to work.
