Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Wasilla, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The project base bid (Schedule A) includes the expansion of Apron E approximately 230,000 SF in size. This will include all work necessary to prepare the site, excavation of approximately 92,000 CY of material that includes usable, unusable and rock excavation. Other work includes grading, electrical, paving, removal of fencing and installation of new fencing and other associated work. A bid bond is required in the amount of 10 percent of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a separate performance bond and a labor and material payment bond each in the amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price.
