Renovation of a municipal facility in Wasilla, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to perform exterior repairs & paint at Station 6-4 . Repairs will include replacing rotten fascia & T1-11, covering fascia with metal wrap, adding gutters with downspouts, adding metal wainscot, misc. trim and foundation flashing replacement. Once repairs have been made the building exterior, trim and doors will be repainted. See the Bid Document for detail.
