Site work and paving for a civil project in New Laguna, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
NM 124 Road Diet Project located within the boundary of the Pueblo. Construction services will consist of but not be limited to earthwork, cold milling, minor and misc. pavement, drainage structures, bridge rail, signing and striping, and traffic control. The Contractor must provide all necessary labour, materials, testing and equipment to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents. Contracts subject to the Davis-Bacon Act are generally required to pay at least the applicable minimum wage rate required under Executive Order 14026 or Executive Order 13658. Please note that these Executive Orders apply to covered contracts entered into by the federal government that are subject to the Davis-Bacon Act itself, but do not apply to contracts subject only to the Davis-Bacon Related Acts, including those set forth at 29 CFR 5.1(a)(1). Provide information regarding the surety company that will issue required bonds on behalf of the Business, including but not limited to performance and payment bond The Request for Bids may be canceled and any or all bids may be rejected in whole or in part at the discretion of the Pueblo of Laguna
