Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in New Laguna, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; residential development; and residential development.

The Pueblo of Laguna is requesting Bids for Professional Engineering Services for Preliminary Civil Design for 6 25-unit Subdivisions. The project is within the exterior boundary of the Pueblo of Laguna, NM. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete all applicable phases of the Scope of Work, as described herein. The Pueblo of Laguna desires to locate planned housing development in each of its 6 villages, Paraje, Laguna, Mesita, Seama, Paguate, and Encinal. Each village has a designated land use plan, which is part of individual Village Comprehensive Plans that were developed between 2012 and 2018 by the Planning Program of the Pueblo of Laguna Each subdivision preliminary design shall include: Site Plan that includes lot layout, on site street circulation and areas for community gatherings specific to the boundary survey provided by others for each of the 6 villages. A Drainage Management Plan that will analyze the hydrology for the site and define the offsite flows that will impact the site. A Grading and Drainage Plan that includes onsite proposed contours, spot elevations to detail the grading concepts, pad elevations for each lot, and proposed locations of onsite drainage infrastructure and respective details where required. Onsite Utility Plan that Includes the overall layout of sanitary sewer, waterline infrastructure, fire hydrants, and a general layout of dry utilities including electrical, communications, and natural gas required onsite to service the home lots Engineers Estimate of Probable Cost for Construction of the Onsite Infrastructure. A schedule of budget unit rates for offsite infrastructure required to serve the designed onsite infrastructure. Project deliverables shall be provided in hard copy and electronic format. Questions regarding the project or the technical requirements must be received in writing by email to Robert Plunkett (bob.plunkett@lagunaconstruction.com) by no later than (5:00pm) on (Wednesday, November 16, 2022) and all questions and responses will be provided to all potential Bidders. Final Addendums will be issued by Friday, November 18, 2022. All bids will be evaluated, and selection will be completed in accordance with the Pueblo of Laguna Procurement process. The Request for Bids may be canceled and any or all bids may be rejected in whole or in part at the discretion of the Pueblo of Laguna Bids are to be formatted as shown in the Request for Proposal package. Bids are to be valid for not less than 90 days from the bid closing. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
