Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in New Laguna, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Pueblo of Laguna is requesting Bids for drilling, construction, developing, and testing of two exploratory water wells. The project is within the exterior boundary of the Pueblo of Laguna, NM. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete all applicable phases of the Scope of Work, as shown in the Technical Specifications for this project. The Bidder may opt to submit a bid for either or both wells. The Pueblo may award separate contracts to individual bidders for the two wells, or may elect to award one contract for both wells. Questions regarding the project or the technical requirements must be received in writing (including email to Priscilla Riley (pyriley@pol-nsn.gov) by (5:00pm) on (Monday, February 21, 2022) and all questions and responses will be provided to all potential Bidders. Addendums will be issued by Friday, February 25, 2022. All bids will be evaluated and selection will be completed in accordance with the Pueblo of Laguna Procurement process. The Request for Bids may be canceled and any or all bids may be rejected in whole or in part at the discretion of the Pueblo of Laguna. Bids are to be valid for not less than 90 days from the bid closing.
