Test Wells Pueblo of Laguna, NM The Pueblo of Laguna is requesting Bids for drilling, construction, developing, and testing of one exploratory water well. The project is within the exterior boundary of the Pueblo of Laguna, NM. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete all phases of the Scope of Work as shown in the Technical Specifications for this project. Bidders are encouraged to contact Robert Plunkett to schedule a pre-bid site visit. (RFI) Questions regarding the project or the technical requirements must be received in writing (including email to Robert Plunkett at bob.plunkett@lagunaconstruction.com by (5:00 pm) on (August 19, 2022) and all questions and responses will be provided to all potential Bidders. Addendums will be issued by August 23, 2022. All bids will be evaluated and selection will be completed in accordance with the Pueblo of Laguna Procurement process. The Request for Bids may be cancelled and any or all bids may be rejected in whole or in part at the discretion of the Pueblo of Laguna. BIDS MUST BE SIGNED BY A COMPANY OFFICIAL WITH AUTHORIZAITON TO COMMIT THE FIRM. Bids are to be valid for not less than 90 days from the bid closing.
