The Pueblo of Laguna Utility Authority is soliciting bids for the project "Laguna Lift Stations Rehabilitation", IHS #AL- 22-C35. For more information, contact Kory Holt with Daniel B. Stephens & Assoc, kholt@geo-logic.com, 505-822-9400 The Project includes the following Work: - Rehabilitate three wet wells (includes one slab and lid, two pump guide rails, replacement of bolts and anchors, installation of one 60-inch safety grate and one jib crane hoist, removal and replacement of discharge piping, and diversion by-pass pumping). - Surface preparation (sand and grout) and Zebron application to three wet wells. - Update four valve vaults (includes removal and replacement of all piping and appurtenances and associated grouting, removal and replacement of pipe supports, installation of 4 vault vents, and installation/blockage clear of drainage of drainage to vaults) -Meter vault updates (includes updating four manhole lids with new slab and hatch and associated grouting and updating existing meters to new Badger meters). - Updating existing diversion vault sluice gates to 316 stainless steel sluice gates. - Diversion vault updates (includes updating 2 diversion vault manhole lids with new slab and hatch and associated grouting). - Construction of one standard manhole and one modified drop manhole for diversion. - Installation of approximately 101 feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer piping and 120 feet of 4-inch PVC SAS force main. - Site grading for positive drainage and gravel install. -Removal and replacement of one standard manhole with new diversion manhole Question Deadline 11/28/2025 Submit all questions in writing to Kory Holt, EI @ kholt@geo-logic.com Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
