Site work and paving for a civil project in New Laguna, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Construction services will consist of but not be limited to: earthwork, cold milling, minor and misc. pavement, drainage structures, bridge rail, signing and striping, and traffic control. The Contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, testing and equipment to construct the project in accordance with the plans, specification, and contract documents. To submit a question, go to the BIDDING tab and click on SUBMIT QUESTION and the question will be sent for review. Responses to questions will be included in the Addenda section (under the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS tab) and bidders will be notified via email when this information is available. Questions must be received by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. The bidders list is provided in the BIDDERS LIST tab. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. All questions and responses will be provided to all potential Bidders. All bids will be evaluated, and selection will be completed in accordance with the Pueblo of Laguna Procurement process. The Request for Bids may be canceled and any or all bids may be rejected in whole or in part at the discretion of the Pueblo of Laguna. BIDS MUST BE SIGNED BY A COMPANY OFFICIAL WITH AUTHORIZATION TO COMMIT THE FIRM. Bids are to be submitted using the provided Bid form. Bids are to be valid for not less than 90 days from the bid closing.
