REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2022 CDBG ENGINEERING SERVICES Statements of qualifications & proposals are requested from engineering firms with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments with the implementation of Community Development Block Grant programs for public infrastructure. Firms should be technically qualified & licensed in the State of Georgia to provide services. Plans for the preliminary engineering report required for the 2022 CDBG Application & engineering preliminary design services, IF GRANT IS AWARDED. This is Phase 2 of improvements in the Dewey City Area. Information that should be submitted: History of firm & resources CDBG/EIP/RDF experience, including other DCA grant programs. Personnel qualifications, and References Current workload Scope/level of service proposed Fees or Percentages associated with the Preliminary Engineering Report for the application, Design, & Construction Management Services. Draft PER will be required by May 6, 2022. Errors & Omissions Insurance Statement of Qualifications Form Section 3 Cert. Form only if claiming Section 3 status All contracts are subject to Federal & State contract provisions prescribed by the GA DCA.
